Description
Description ERNiCrMo-3 contains low iron (Fe less than 1%) and is used for welding of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, also for cladding and welding dissimilar based metals such as Ni-Cr-Mo alloys to stainless and carbon steels, The Ni-Cr-Mo alloy system provides excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing enviroments. The high molybdenum content provides good stress. Pitting and crevice corrosion resistance.. It can equivalent to: Oxford Alloy 625 FM625 Techalloy 625.

The wire is mainly used for welding 625 (N06625) alloy and 20 alloy, 825, 25-6Mo, 9% Ni steel or other molybdenum-containing steel, etc. It can also be used for welding of dissimilar materials and corrosion-resistant surfacing of material surfaces. Excellent mechanical properties at high and ultra-low temperatures, resistance to strong corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion in a wide range of oxidation and reduction media.
