Description

GH3030, solid solution strengthened superalloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800ºC, and good performance in oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process. It is monocrystalline austenite structure after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use. It mainly used for turbine engine combustor components operating below 800ºC and other high temperature components requiring oxidation resistance but low load below 1100ºC,such as combustion chambers and afterburners and the mounting edge of the casing.
